Today on our Leeds Met homepage, there was a short note about a successful student of mine: Thomas Yau got a place in an advertisement for his employer, the Halifax Bank. I had been a supervisor of his level-3 final year project in 2005/06 here at Leeds Met, and he did a great job then. But at that time, I would not have thought about his new career move...
